If your test is already booked, include the test centre, date and time when booking. If you secure a date afterwards, share the details with us and your instructor so the test-day arrangements can be planned.

What happens after I pay the booking deposit?
We review the information provided and use it to arrange a suitable instructor, training area and workable timetable based on your availability and course requirements, taking any booked test into account.
Once those arrangements are confirmed, you can arrange your accommodation and the remaining course balance will become payable in accordance with your booking terms.
What if suitable residential arrangements cannot be provided?
If we cannot provide a suitable instructor and workable timetable for the residential course you booked, your protected booking deposit will be refunded in full.
Does a residential course guarantee that I will pass?
No driving course can guarantee a practical-test pass. The result depends on the safe and independent standard of driving you demonstrate during the test.
The purpose of the course is to provide structured tuition and help you develop safer, more consistent driving.
