What happens after I book my course?
Choose your course hours and transmission, provide the information requested during checkout and pay the displayed booking deposit.
We use your postcode, lesson availability and practical-test centre, date and time to check for a suitable qualified instructor and workable timetable. We then contact you with your course arrangements and instructions for paying the remaining balance.
Let us know whether you are happy with your current test date or would like help looking for an earlier opportunity.
What happens if you cannot arrange my course?
If we cannot arrange a suitable course using the postcode, availability, transmission and practical-test information supplied with your booking, your booking deposit will be refunded in full.
When is the remaining course balance payable?
The booking deposit is paid when you book online. We will explain the remaining balance and payment instructions when your instructor and workable course timetable have been arranged.
Your booking deposit forms part of the advertised course price and is not an additional charge.
Can you help me find an earlier driving test at no extra cost?
Yes. Earlier-test help is included at no extra cost with your course. Keep preparing while we help you look for an earlier opportunity.
Our updates draw on our own searches, customer feedback and existing pupils who want to swap their test dates. When we hear about a potentially suitable opportunity, we send a text alert.
Act quickly, as appointments can be booked fast. An alert does not reserve a slot or guarantee an earlier date. Check instructor availability before changing your test. You book and manage your own practical test.
Can I keep the driving test date I already have?
Yes. If you are happy with your booked date, we can focus on helping you prepare for it. Provide your exact test details and lesson availability so we can check for a suitable instructor and timetable.
You do not have to look for an earlier appointment. Course arrangements remain subject to availability, and your instructor will assess your driving progress.

Yes. The advertised course hours include the time allocated to your practical test and its associated driving arrangements.

Yes. Choose manual or automatic tuition when booking your course. Both options are subject to suitable instructor availability for your postcode, lesson schedule and practical-test booking.
Will my instructor collect me from home?
Home collection can be arranged where it forms part of the agreed course timetable. Collection and finishing points should be confirmed when your course is arranged.
An alternative meeting point may sometimes be agreed if it makes the course more practical or allows better use of your booked driving time.
Does booking a course guarantee that I will pass?
No. Booking a course does not guarantee a pass or that you will reach test standard within your chosen hours.
Your instructor will help you develop safer, more independent driving and discuss your progress with you. Additional tuition or suitable private practice may be needed. If you are not ready, you may need to reconsider your test date.
Can I practise privately alongside my course?
Suitable private practice can reinforce the skills introduced by your instructor and help you gain broader driving experience. Ask your instructor which skills would be useful to practise.
