Can the instructor collect me from home?
Home collection can be included when it forms part of the course timetable agreed with you. Collection and finishing points will be confirmed when your course is arranged.
Another suitable meeting point may sometimes be agreed where it makes the course more practical or allows better use of your booked driving time.
Does booking a course guarantee that I will pass?
No. A fixed number of tuition hours cannot guarantee test readiness or a practical-test pass.
Your progress depends on your existing ability, previous experience, learning pace, attendance, any private practice and the preparation time available before your test.
What if my instructor believes I am not ready for the test?
Your instructor has a professional responsibility for safety. If they believe you cannot take the practical test safely and without an unacceptable level of assistance, they will refuse use of their vehicle.
They will explain the concerns identified during your tuition and discuss the further development that may be required.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Your cancellation rights and any applicable charges depend on when you cancel, whether work to arrange your course has begun and how much notice you provide.
